The Microlot is a Single Origin exclusively of the Bourbon Amarelo variety, carefully
selected in a process of selecting natural cherries. This limited-edition features grains
harvested manually at 1,200 meters of altitude. With a score of 87 points for protocol
of the Specialty Coffee Association, a profile with fragrances that refer to notes of
caramelized peaches, aromas of chocolate with rapadura, slightly citric acidity, medium
body, intense sweetness and long, surprisingly pleasant finish.
