Café Acaiá

The Microlot is a Single Origin exclusively of the Acaia variety, from our farm,
carefully selected in the process of selecting peeled cherries. This limited edition
features grains harvested by hand at an altitude of 1,150 meters. With a score of 85
points for protocol of the Specialty Coffee Association, a profile with fragrances that
bring notes of hazelnut and aromas of milk chocolate, slightly citric acidity, medium
body, intense sweetness and long and surprisingly pleasant finish.
