The Microlot is a Single Origin exclusively of the Catuaí Amarelo variety, carefully
selected in the process of selecting natural cherries. This limited edition features beans
harvested by hand at 1,100 meters altitude. With a score of 85 points according to the
protocol of the Specialty Coffee Association, a profile with fragrances that bring notes
of caramelized Sicilian lemon, lemongrass, and aromas of milk chocolate, acidity
slightly citrusy, medium body, intense sweetness and long and surprisingly pleasant
finish.
